Events, sign-ups and parties

Planning an event

On the Events tab press Plan an event: title, kind, time, how long, and how many tanks, healers and DPS you need. Tick Repeat every week for siege nights and other fixed evenings; Legionhall keeps the next two weeks planned.

Signing up

Members pick Tank, Healer or DPS, or answer maybe or no. When a role is full, players go on a waitlist and move up by themselves when a spot opens.

Officers see who has not answered yet and can Ping them in Discord.

Parties

Build parties splits everyone who said yes into parties of five, a tank and a healer in each first, then the rest so combat power is even. Move people with the dropdown, and Post to Discord when you are happy. Four parties make a force.

Battle plan

Below the parties officers can draw a Battle plan: party tokens, markers, labels and arrows on a plain board. Members see it on the event page after you save.

After the event

Press Mark as done, untick anyone who did not show up and, for sieges, set won or lost. Attendance feeds the legion's reliability numbers, loot points and the weekly ranking.

Calendar

Add the legion's events to your own calendar with Add to Google Calendar or Add to Apple Calendar on your settings page. It stays up to date.
