Terms and community rules

Last updated 27 October 2026

Legionhall is a free website for MMO legions, made by players as a hobby project. By using it you agree to these terms. Questions: hall@legionhall.gg.

The short version

Be decent, post what you have the right to post, and keep it legal. Revealing armour from the game is fine; nudity and sexual content are not.

Your account

What you post

You keep the rights to what you post. You give Legionhall permission to show it on the site and in legion Discord channels you connect, for as long as it is up. You can remove your posts at any time.

Only post what you have the right to share: your own screenshots and clips are fine. Game art and screenshots from AION 2 belong to NCSOFT and are shared under their usual fan-content rules.

Not allowed

Reporting and moderation

Anyone logged in can report a post, comment, player or legion with the Report button. People who are not logged in can write to hall@legionhall.gg. Moderators review reports and may hide content, remove it, or suspend accounts. When we act on something you posted, we tell you what and why, and you can ask us to look again by writing to hall@legionhall.gg. Content reported by three players is hidden until a moderator has looked.

Legion leaders and officers can remove posts and comments in their own legion.

Legions

Leaders run their legion on Legionhall: who joins, the wiki, events and settings. Legionhall does not take sides in disputes inside a legion, unless these rules are broken.

The service

Legionhall is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows. We may change or end features, and will tell you in good time before closing the service.

Legionhall is made by players and is not affiliated with NCSOFT. AION is a trademark of NCSOFT Corporation.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Law

Norwegian law applies. If we cannot sort something out together, the courts of Norway decide, unless the law where you live gives you other rights as a consumer.
